About Us

The Council of Infill Builders is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit corporation with a collaborative network of professionals and practitioners advancing housing, climate, and community solutions through smart infill development. Infill revitalizes neighborhoods and communities, provides new homes, is close to transportation choices, creates new tax revenue in viable close-knit mixed-use areas, reduces greenhouse gas emissions and improves the overall economy. We ultimately aim to champion policies, projects, and education that make our cities more affordable, sustainable, and resilient.
